Return Core Policy

To receive a core deposit refund, please review and follow the guidelines below:

Core Return Window:

• Cores must be returned within 14 days (2 weeks) of receiving your replacement steering wheel.

• Return label will be provided with your order if "Return" option is selected.

Eligibility for Core Refund:
To qualify for a full refund of your core deposit, the returned steering wheel must:

• Be the same model as the one purchased.

• Not be damaged beyond repair—this includes:

  • No deep cuts or gashes

  • No missing foam or rubber

  • No bent or heavily deformed structure

Cores that do not meet these standards may be rejected or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

Trim-Level Matching:

• If you selected a higher trim model (e.g., with buttons or special features), your returned core must include the same features.

• If it does not match, a portion of your core deposit may be withheld.

Important Notes:

• Be sure to package your core securely to avoid shipping damage.

• Refunds are typically processed within 12-24 hours of receiving and inspecting your core.
